Taiwan detected two Chinese aircraft and seven navy vessels crossing the median line into its southwestern Air Defense Identification Zone (ADIZ). Taiwan's ministry of national defense reported five PLA aircraft and six PLAN vessels operating around the region, escalating tensions.
